This is how you can make it:
– Sauté bell peppers (i used green and red), onions, mushrooms, and garlic in olive oil until tender.
– Cut up some steak in thin strips, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add it to the veggies.
– Cook until meat is done. Drain any liquid/fat from the pan.
– Add cream cheese (2tbsp); heavy cream (1 tbsp); and Worcestershire sauce (salsa inglesa) (1tbsp).
– Mix well. Transfer onto an oven-safe dish, top with cheese of your preference (i used colby jack).
– Bake on 400 F for 5-10 min (until cheese is crispy).
