Recipe for the tenders
4 chicken breast tenderloins
1/2 cup Parmesan. You can also use coconut flour, almond flour or crushed pork rinds.
Oil for frying
Seasoning of your choice
1. Dip chicken tenders in egg and then coat them with grated Parmesan. Season heavily. I used Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, & red pepper.
2. Fry at medium heat for 4 minutes on each side. Switch heat to medium-high and fry for 1-3 minutes on each side.
3. Remove from oil, let cool, and enjoy! (Make sure internal temperature has reached 165F)
You can also air fry these for 10-15 minutes at 360F, just coat with oil first.
Recipe makes 4 chicken tenders. Serving size is 2 chicken tenders only.
