CHEESESTEAK STUFFED PEPPERS

INGREDIENTS

-Flank steak -Peppers (I used 1 red and 1 green)
-Provolone cheese
-Onions
-Mushrooms
-Olive oil
-Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

DIRECTIONS


-Preheat oven to 400 degrees
-Cut peppers in half and remove seeds
-Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let bake for 20 minutes
-While that’s in the oven sauté onions in olive oil for about 4 minutes then add mushrooms, let cook for about 1-2 more minutes
-Add steak and seasonings and cook for about 3 minutes or until done
-Place slice of provolone cheese in each pepper, then steak filling, then another slice of cheese on top
-Broil for about 3 minutes or until cheese is golden

-Top with parsley
