6 fully cooked hot dogs
(they usually come fully cooked 😉)
3/4 Cup Almond Flour
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
1/3 tsp Baking Powder
2 oz Cream Cheese
EBTB seasoning or Sesame Seeds
- Preheat oven to 450°
- Put the mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix and repeat 1-2 times until it’s melted.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and knead until you form a well-blended dough. If it’s too sticky wet your hands with some water and create a dough ball.
- Separate into 6 pieces and coat your fully cooked (cold) hot dogs in the dough.
You can either make little snakes and wrap them around or roll out the dough and wrap around.
- Sprinkle with your favourite seasoning, I like TJ’s everything bagel seasoning.
